Please note that in order to receive this service all individuals are required to provide an authorized credit card number (Visa, Mastercard or American Express only), expiry date, and the full name on the card at the time of signing the electronic form. The fee for a telephone or Skype consultation with Dr. Kathleen M. Reay is $180.00 plus 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) in Canadian Dollars per every 1 hour for family members and $190.00 plus 12% Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) in Canadian Dollars per every 1 hour for mental health professionals and legal professionals.
