A certificate of completion is available for an extra $20.00 Certificate of Completion (optional) All participants who fully complete the 2-day advanced training program for Mental Health Providers have an option to purchase a custom-made “8.5 X 11″ Certificate of Completion and be placed on the International Institute for Parental Alienation Studies’(IIPAS) new listings database for one full year. The fee is $20.00 total for both. There’s an option to renew your registration for the database on a yearly basis for an administrative fee of $10.00. The new IIPAS database will contain names of mental health professionals who have taken our advanced training program from all over the US and Canada. An “8.5 X 11″ . Please note this certificate or listing does not apply to evening lectures. The certificate will be sent via regular mail upon payment. Fee includes tax, shipping and handling.

REBATES: May be available by or before the early bird deadline for each course.
GROUP REBATES: Group rebates available for groups of 6 or more: $325 each.
CLAIMING YOUR GROUP REBATE: All group members must register and pay online in full before the early bird deadline. Note: the $10 online discount is included in the group rebate.
To receive the group rebate, the group contact person must email the final list of names to drkathleenreayevents@shaw.ca by the early bird cutoff date. No add-ons to the group list will be accepted thereafter. Rebates will be issued by cheque along with a new receipt for each group member. This will be given in person when you check-in the first morning before the workshop.
STUDENT REBATES:
CLAIMING YOUR STUDENT REBATE : All students must register and pay online in full before the early bird cutoff. Note: the $10 online discount is included in the student rebate.
To qualify, a letter from an accredited educational institution, verifying full-time enrollment, must be emailed to drkathleenreayevents@shaw.ca before the early bird cutoff date. Rebates will be issued by cheque in person when you check-in the first morning before the workshop and a new receipt will be given to you then.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellations must be provided by email at drkathleenreayevents@shaw.ca. A $10 cancellation fee applies to the May 3 & 11, 2012 6:00-8:00 pm evening events only if cancellation is made 2 weeks prior to the event. All other events a $75.00 cancellation fee will be retained if cancellation occurs 32 days prior to the course. No refund or credit for a future event hosted by Dr. Kathleen M. Reay, Inc. will be given under any circumstances within 31 days of the course date. You are encouraged to send a substitute participant in your place if for any reason you are unable to attend the workshop. Please advise our office staff if another individual plans to take your place. Seats cannot be shared between individuals.
Our liability is limited to partial refunds for workshop fees only. Dr. Kathleen M. Reay, Inc. reserves the right to cancel the training program. Please ensure that your travel arrangements including lodging, airfare and/or car rentals are done with this in mind. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a workshop, we will issue a full refund for workshop fees. Dr. Kathleen M. Reay, Inc. will not be held responsible for any participant’s or presenter’s statements, behaviours, omissions or materials. Unregistered individuals and children are not permitted at the workshop.
